Terrible customer Service
I was looking to purchase a replacement strap for a bag. I wanted to do this as opposed to purchasing a whole new bag as they are of course very expensive. The CS team had assured me this would be possible but they would not be in stock for 6 weeks. I asked if I could pre order to make sure as soon as they arrived it was shipped to me. However, this was also not possible.
8 weeks went by with little to no effort from Gfore to help sort a new strap for me which led me to giving up trying and ordering a new bag. Again when I told them this was what I was having to do there was no apology or acceptance from their behalf being poor on the matter.
The whole new bag turned up around 3 days later so why a strap couldn't just have been taken from one of the new bags I'm not sure.
For such a premium brand I was quite shocked at the poor level of service and wouldn't be ordering anything again.
